Heart Protector

The concept of the Heart Protector originates from Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), where it is said that while the Heart is the Supreme Ruler, the Heart Protector serves as its vigilant bodyguard, its ninja. The Heart Protector is crucial to the Heart's ability to love, shine, and spread compassion. If the Heart Protector is impaired, the Heart's function is effectively compromised. Like TCM, we revere the Heart as the Supreme Ruler. We wholeheartedly agree. To live with and from the Heart is to live with deep purpose and power, but the full beauty and capacity of the Heart cannot be realized without the Heart Protector. Our religious and spiritual teachings only mention safeguarding the Heart, but inherent to our make-up is the Heart Protector that creates safe boundaries for your vulnerability and strength, keeps the Heart's capacity intact, and fortifies dignity and joy.
